What do you consider your greatest achievement?
To revamp and rework the branding and online platform of the Open Days for the University of Torino, with the aim of targeting new users from Generation Z and achieving a conversion rate of more than 50%.

I have gained valuable experience in the implementation of CRM integration workflows. I was able to leverage automation tools to streamline the customer acquisition process. This cut down on manual efforts and reduced the chances of human error, resulting in a smoother and more efficient experience for both the company and the customers.
Through integrations with various CRM platforms, I automated lead capture, nurturing, and follow-up processes. This not only saved time but also ensured that leads were properly tracked and followed up on, maximizing the chances of conversion. The data obtained through CRM integration also allowed us to understand customer behavior better and tailor our marketing efforts accordingly.

Where do you see yourself in five years?
I aspire to continue gaining valuable experience and receiving feedback in order to work towards becoming an Art Director at a marketing company. I aim to develop my skills and expertise in areas such as visual communication, creative direction, and project management.
I want to focus on creating products that have a positive impact on users. This includes designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, as well as ensuring that the products meet the needs and preferences of the target audience.
